Luyện Thi VSTEP - 4 Kỹ Năng không yêu cầu bạn đăng ký hay đăng nhập và không thu thập thông tin định danh cá nhân như tên, email hay số điện thoại.
Âm thanh bạn ghi khi luyện phần Nói chỉ được lưu trên thiết bị của bạn, không bao giờ được tải lên máy chủ hay chia sẻ với bên thứ ba. Bạn có thể xoá bất cứ lúc nào bằng cách xoá dữ liệu ứng dụng hoặc gỡ cài đặt.
Kết quả bài làm, tiến độ học tập, số tim (❤️), các câu trả lời khi tạo lộ trình học (mục tiêu, ngày thi, thời gian học, giờ nhắc) và chuỗi ngày học đều được lưu trữ cục bộ trên thiết bị của bạn.
Để tính năng mời bạn bè hoạt động, ứng dụng tự động tạo một tài khoản ẩn danh qua Firebase Authentication (không cần tên, email hay mật khẩu). Trên máy chủ Firebase (Cloud Firestore) chúng tôi lưu: mã định danh ẩn danh của tài khoản, mã mời của bạn, số bạn đã mời, phần thưởng đang chờ nhận, thời hạn Pro nhận được từ việc mời bạn, và mã mời bạn đã nhập (nếu có).
Để ngăn gian lận (ví dụ gỡ và cài lại ứng dụng để nhận thưởng nhiều lần), ứng dụng gửi một mã định danh thiết bị (Android ID trên Android; một mã ngẫu nhiên lưu trong Keychain trên iOS). Mã này được băm (SHA-256) trên máy chủ và chỉ lưu dạng đã băm. Ứng dụng cũng dùng Firebase App Check (Apple DeviceCheck trên iOS, Google Play Integrity trên Android) để xác minh yêu cầu đến từ ứng dụng chính thức. Các dữ liệu này chỉ dùng cho tính năng mời bạn bè và chống gian lận, không dùng cho quảng cáo và không được bán.
Ứng dụng sử dụng Firebase Crashlytics để gửi báo cáo khi ứng dụng gặp sự cố, gồm thông tin kỹ thuật như loại thiết bị, phiên bản hệ điều hành, phiên bản ứng dụng và vị trí lỗi trong mã nguồn. Báo cáo không chứa nội dung bài làm hay bản ghi âm của bạn và chỉ dùng để sửa lỗi.
Các gói VSTEP Pro được thanh toán qua App Store hoặc Google Play. Chúng tôi không nhận và không lưu thông tin thanh toán của bạn. Ứng dụng chỉ lưu trạng thái Pro trên thiết bị và ghi nhận gói đã mua (ví dụ "gói tháng") vào thống kê sử dụng ẩn danh. Các gói tuần/tháng/3 tháng tự động gia hạn; bạn có thể hủy bất cứ lúc nào trong cài đặt App Store hoặc Google Play.
Ứng dụng sử dụng Google Analytics for Firebase để thu thập số liệu sử dụng ẩn danh, như số lần mở ứng dụng, thời lượng phiên, các màn hình được xem, loại thiết bị, phiên bản hệ điều hành và quốc gia (ước tính từ địa chỉ IP, không dùng vị trí chính xác). Mỗi lượt cài đặt được gắn một mã định danh ngẫu nhiên (app instance ID) do Firebase tạo ra, không gắn với tên, email hay tài khoản của bạn. Ứng dụng tắt việc Firebase thu thập Advertising ID. Dữ liệu này chỉ dùng để hiểu cách ứng dụng được sử dụng và cải thiện nội dung; không dùng cho quảng cáo và không được bán. Nội dung bài làm và bản ghi âm của bạn không bao giờ được gửi đi. Ứng dụng hiển thị quảng cáo không cá nhân hoá (non-personalized ads) thông qua Google AdMob. Ứng dụng không thu thập Advertising ID (IDFA) và không theo dõi (track) người dùng giữa các ứng dụng hay trang web khác. Google AdMob có thể thu thập một số dữ liệu quảng cáo cơ bản (như số lần hiển thị quảng cáo) phục vụ mục đích hiển thị và đo lường quảng cáo, không gắn với danh tính người dùng. Với sự cho phép của bạn, ứng dụng đặt lịch thông báo nhắc ôn tập và nhắc học hằng ngày ngay trên thiết bị. Không có dữ liệu thông báo nào được gửi lên máy chủ.
Dữ liệu trên thiết bị sẽ bị xoá khi bạn xoá dữ liệu ứng dụng hoặc gỡ cài đặt. Để yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu mời bạn bè lưu trên máy chủ, hãy gửi email kèm mã mời của bạn đến địa chỉ liên hệ bên dưới.
Ứng dụng không hướng đến và không được thiết kế chủ yếu dành cho trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi.

VSTEP Practice: 4 Skills does not require you to sign up or log in, and does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email or phone number.
Audio you record during Speaking practice is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to any server or shared with any third party. You can delete it at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.
Your test results, progress, hearts (❤️), study plan answers (target level, exam date, daily study time, reminder time) and study streak are stored locally on your device.
To make inviting friends work, the app automatically creates an anonymous account through Firebase Authentication (no name, email or password). On Firebase servers (Cloud Firestore) we store: the account's anonymous ID, your invite code, how many friends you've invited, rewards waiting to be collected, any free Pro earned from invites, and the invite code you entered (if any).
To prevent abuse (for example reinstalling the app to claim rewards repeatedly), the app sends a device identifier (Android ID on Android; a random ID kept in the Keychain on iOS). It is hashed (SHA-256) on the server and only the hash is stored. The app also uses Firebase App Check (Apple DeviceCheck on iOS, Google Play Integrity on Android) to verify that requests come from the genuine app. This data is used only for invites and fraud prevention; it is not used for advertising and is never sold.
The app uses Firebase Crashlytics to send a report when the app crashes, containing technical details such as device model, OS version, app version and where in the code the error happened. Reports never include your answers or recordings and are used only to fix bugs.
VSTEP Pro is paid for through the App Store or Google Play. We never receive or store your payment details. The app stores your Pro status on your device and records which plan was bought (for example "monthly") in the anonymous usage analytics. Weekly, monthly and 3-month plans renew automatically; you can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play settings.
The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to collect anonymous usage statistics, such as app opens, session length, screens viewed, device model, OS version and country (estimated from IP address; no precise location). Each install is assigned a random app instance ID generated by Firebase, which is not linked to your name, email or any account. The app disables Firebase's collection of the Advertising ID. This data is used only to understand how the app is used and to improve its content; it is not used for advertising and is never sold. Your answers and Speaking recordings are never sent. This app displays non-personalized ads served through Google AdMob. The app does not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not track users across other apps or websites. Google AdMob may collect basic advertising data (such as ad impressions) to serve and measure ads, which is not linked to your identity. With your permission, the app schedules local review and daily study reminders on your device. No notification data is sent to any server.
Data on your device is removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall it. To request deletion of the invite data stored on our servers, email us with your invite code at the contact address below.
This app is not directed at children and is not designed to appeal primarily to children under 13.
